A soft peachy shimmer. Light Neutral Pink with slight hint of Peach & slight golden shimmers. Whisper is a great blusher for light to medium skin tones. Apply light handed on pale skintones and apply in layers or buff into skin for a more dramatic/darker color on medium skintones. Whisper also can be used after neutral browns have been applied already to the eye area: Simply take a tiny, tiny amount of Whisper and dab it to the lid area for a slight pinch of color or for medium skin tones just under the brow bone or in the crease. This slight punch of color will pull the Whisper on the cheeks in with the neutral eye look and give a slight punch of color that is just oh so right!
