TLC Policies

1. General Information

  • All prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.
  • There is no minimum purchase amount.
  • We do not charge GST.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at time of purchase are final.
  • Cancellations of order will not be entertained once order is confirmed and submitted.
  • If you need to ammend your order, do email us and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

2. Payment

  • Payments can be made by direct bank transfer, credit card or paypal.
  • All payments must be made within 5 days or your order will be deleted.
    1. Payment by direct bank transfer
      • Transfer the amount into our POSB account. Account details will be provided in the confirmation email.
    2. Payment by Credit card
      • We accept credit card payments through Paypal. You will be billed in Singapore dollars and your credit card statement will reflect 'TLC'

3. Shipping

  • All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours on receipt of payment (excluding weekends).
  • We will not be responsible for loss of packages should you decide not to register your package.
  • Singapore orders
    • Shipping is charged by weight and shipping cost includes cost of registered mail. Shipping (including registered mail) is free for orders above $120.
    • For orders containing only sample bags, shipping is a flat rate of $1.50. This does not include registered mail, and losses will not be compensated if you choose this method of shipping.
    • We use Singpost for all our deliveries. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
    • Do make allowance for longer turnaround times during holiday/sale periods.
    • Shipping is by registered mail unless otherwise requested. If you would not like your package to be sent by registered mail, you can email us to place a request. You will be refunded $2.25. Please note that Delivery is not guaranteed for unregistered packages and lost/stolen packages will not be compensated.
    • The Registered Article (RA) number will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. You can check the status of your item here. If you were not at home during delivery, your item will be sent back to the nearest post office. You can then collect it at your convenience, request for redelivery or have it transfered to another post office.

 

  • International orders
    • Shipping is charged by weight and destination. You can estimate shipping cost using the Shipping estimator in your shopping cart.
    • Your package will be sent by Singpost International Airmail.
    • All international packages will be sent by registered mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
    • We do not charge any customs duties but cannot guarantee that you will not be charged by your local customs.
    • We are required by law to declare the contents of the package and state the full value of the shipment. Please check with your local customs office regarding additional taxes you may inccur before placing your order.

4. Returns/ Exchange

  • All sales are final and not exchangable or refundable.
  • If you receive a defective product, please inform us via email within 3 days of receiving your package and we will gladly exchange it.
  • We will take utmost care to pack your items to ensure they reach you in good shape. However, we cannot be responsible for mishandling during the shipping process as this is not within our control.
